Treehouse Condos is a residential complex with about one-third of our owners renting their units.  Construction on most of the complex was started in the mid-1980's and completed in the late 1990's.  Ongoing maintenance and upgrades helps  keep our property up-to-date.  Plus, we recently finished (2011) a new Luxury Executive Suite building with geo-thermal heating and cooling, virtually sound-proof walls and floors, elevator, and top-quality furnishings such as granite counter tops, wood flooring and stainless steel appliances.  We also added an indoor fitness area, hot tub and exercise pool.

Each unit is individually decorated and furnished.  We take pride in the fact that every unit has a spectacular view of Table Rock Lake. Our scenic nature walking path down to the lake shore provides an excellent opportunity to take in all the backwoods has to offer.  Who knows, you may even spot some deer in their natural habitat along your way!
